INTERFACE AT WORK: TOTAL SYSTEMS SERVICES, INC.

For Total Systems Services, a division of Synovus Financial Corporation, a global provider of commerce and payment solutions — and one of Fortune magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For," building a new campus was an exercise in employee consensus. Agreeing on floorcovering was easy — Interface was already preferred internally for its environmental commitment, and carpet tiles were the clear choice to keep facilities looking fresh. Agreeing on the design? Well, colors were tweaked. Patterns were selected. In the end, the installation was stunning. Specifying Interface became an even smarter choice months afterwards, when an Interface Re:Source® professional spotted delayed maintenance and ordered a thorough cleaning, bringing the carpet back to life.

"We evaluated how often we have to go back into facilities to replace broadloom and other 'cheaper' carpet, and the bottom line is this: Any company that values their flooring investment should only consider buying carpet tiles. Either pay now or pay later."

"Everyone loved the relationship with the Interface team, from the management to the sales and design team. They make you feel like their only customer."

Debbie Avery,
Campus Development Manager,
Assistant Vice President,
Synovus.

Workstation

Unlike broadloom solutions, carpet tiles add visual energy to a space. Pattern-by-Tile design is a concept that adds flexibility to an environment while adding to its aesthetic — the structured back of Interface carpet tiles allows for a clean seam and a clean look.

Cafeteria

Flooring installed in Total System Services dining spaces is engineered to stand up to spills — and microorganisms. This flooring is incorporated with Intersept®, Interface's exclusive antimicrobial, and Protekt2®, our patented anti-staining treatment.

Corridor

In this high traffic area, Interface flooring is a high-performance solution to wear patterns. Interchangeable tiles made with premium materials enable selective replacement of worn areas and enhance the performance — and lifetime — of the environment.

Elevator Lobby

Especially in tight spaces, where broadloom can appear monotonous, carpet tiles can define an organization's sense of style.
