Servicing customers around the world has led us to an optimum module size. The 50cm dimension is ideal for efficient manufacturing, installing, manipulating and retrieving. Oftentimes, the size of the module creates the scale of the pattern in the environment, and for most corridors, workstation clusters, conference rooms and private offices, the 50cm module feels right.

The Aiki® Collection

The Aiki collection is a great example of Pattern-by-Tile possibilities with 50cm tiles. The collection is a spin-off of the classic Tatami Tile, and includes eight boldly designed patterns and one texture. We recommend that various combinations of patterns be used together. The possibilities are so extensive that no two projects will ever look alike. One designer might install bands of Tatami, alternating with bands of Kabuki. Another might do a checkerboard of Matsuri and Samurai.
