Interface Products and Award Winning Design Go Hand in Hand


2002 DuPont™ Antron® Design Award Grand Prize

C&R / Rizvi, Inc. won for their "innovative use of carpet in a childcare facility" in the Reebok Childcare Center for Reebok International Ltd. in Canton, MA. The design team chose Paintbox™ tile from Interface and Entendre™, a Prince Street product from Bentley Prince Street, citing tile's benefit of selective replacement as well as the overall warmth and comfort of carpeting.

Large Office Category

Hellmuth, Obata and Kassabaum, Inc. chose Interface's Entropy® and Tatami™ Ni for the design of Williams Communications in Tulsa, OK. HOK used light, neutral tones for the tiles to create a sophisticated, yet comfortable environment.

Public Spaces / Institutional Merit

SmithGroup chose Nikko® by Interface to create a comfortable environment for passengers at McNamara Terminal / Northwest WorldGateway, Detroit Metropolitan Airport in Detroit, MI. Nikko offered the design team a high performance floorcovering with excellent appearance retention in a design and colorway that complemented the terminal's architecture.
