What's HappeningInterface Flooring Systems - USA Has Achieved Registration by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL) to the International Standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS) - ISO 9001:2000The updated ISO 9001:2000 series now incorporates the requirements of ISO 9002:1994 and ISO 9003:1994. ISO 9001 establishes the requirements for a quality management system for any organization that needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products that meet its customers' needs and any applicable regulatory requirements while also increasing customer satisfaction. Interface Flooring Systems Introduces New Products at NeoCon 2002The Interface Showroom on 440 N. Wells Street in Chicago was one of the sites for the latest innovative and exciting products from Interface at NeoCon 2002. Space 10-140 at the Chicago Merchandise Mart also highlighted Interface products in a unique showroom designed by the Rural Studio team. The showroom design garnered the IIDA Best of Neocon Small Showroom award. In addition to Interface products, the Mart showroom also featured "The Lucy House," a Rural Studio project that Interface sponsored with donated materials. Two Interface products won additional awards. Equilibrium™ took home the Best of NeoCon Silver Award and Transformation™ brought in the Buildings Magazine Certification of Merit. Interface provided copies of the products catalogue - "INSPIRED" - so that viewers can see how Interface's modular products work together in a variety of creative installations.
